ATTENTION. There is also a Hybrid version of the 5th generation Honda CR-V. The battery in the hybrid version takes up some of the space, so if you have the hybrid version, do NOT use the overview below, but the one we have specifically for you with a hybrid CR-V!
Congratulations. You have a fairly large and spacious car with a good boot space. This means you have a lot of options to get the perfect dog carrier that fits perfectly in your car and that your dog will love. The only thing we suggest you keep in mind is this:
- You have some wheel arches that you need to take into account when measuring the width of your boot.
- The boot is lowered a little bit. Fortunately, the loading edge isn't that deep, so most dog crates can easily open over the edge.
- The effective depth - when you need to fit a dog carrier - in your car is about 80-83cm. It ultimately depends on the angles of the dog cage model you choose
