We take great pride in our dog crates, and we do everything we can to offer you the best possible product. However, we also understand that no matter how hard we try, mistakes can still happen.
We also know that, despite our best efforts to help you find the perfect dog crate, things can go wrong. And of course, there's room for that at billige-hundebure.dk. We are here to assist you. Please choose the option below that best describes how we can help:
1: I have a complaint
Errors happen. There may be manufacturing defects, or damage could occur during shipping. While it's impossible to eliminate errors entirely, when they do happen, we are committed to resolving them as quickly and easily as possible.
If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@safecrate.co.uk. To make it easier for us to assist you, please provide the following:
A: Your order number, customer number, or invoice number.
B: A detailed description of the complaint.
C: Documentation of the complaint in the form of photos or videos.
D: Your contact information.
If you've chosen the wrong dog crate, you can of course return it. We offer a 14-day full return policy.
2: I would like to return an item
If you'd like to return your item, that's no problem. We offer a 14-day full return policy from the date you received your product, even if the dog crate has been assembled. It's perfectly fine if you find that the crate doesn't suit your dog or car. You can then choose either a refund or exchange for a different model (any price difference will be adjusted).
